BMX biker T.J Lavin, host of MTV's "Real World/Road Rules Challenge" was injured Thursday evening at the Dew Tour Championships in Las Vegas. The 33-year-old BMX star was attempting a nac nac combination when the stunt went horribly wrong. He hit a ramp and failed to control his bike. After his bike crash, he was reportedly unconscious and was rushed to the University Medical Center. Lavin sustained an orbital fracture on his eye and a fractured on his right wrist.
