Malware is software designed to secretly access a computer system without the owner's informed consent by spreading computer viruses, worms, trojan horses, spyware, dishonest adware, scareware, crimeware, most rootkits, and other malicious and unwanted software.
If a device is known to be a danger to the internet, the user should be notified and the device should be cleaned. Who will do the official checkup to ‘deter’ the PC is virus-free?
