First, make a profile by clicking the "Username" at the right side. Make a compelling profile since there are thousands if not millions rather job seekers on the site. It is not mandatory to take tests but if I were you, I will take test. You can only make 3 job applications in a week if you can’t pass the odesk readiness test.
To find jobs, click the "Find Contractors & Jobs", then click the yellow tag “Search Job”. Select the field you excel most or you know. In applying, just like you did in your profile, make a compelling cover letter for a better chance to get hired.
How Can You Get Your First Payment
Go to “Payments”, click “Payment Methods” and select what you preferred most. If you’re going to ask what the best option is, I recommend Payoneer or Paypal. You cannot get your salary on the first week; instead, it is available in the second week. You can withdraw your salary in odesk every Wednesday. The fund will be available every Friday depending on the payment method you choose.
